AI Solutions Architect
About the role
You'll be the technical lead on client engagements from initial scoping through delivery — translating business problems into system architecture, and staying hands-on through implementation.
What you'll do
- Scope and architect AI systems for enterprise engagements
- Translate business requirements into technical system design
- Stay hands-on through implementation alongside the engineering team
- Present architecture and technical tradeoffs to client stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including client-facing work
- Experience architecting production AI or distributed systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in a consulting or professional-services engineering role
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns

Identify the business problem, system constraints, data environment, and measurable outcome.
Architect
Define system boundaries, model strategy, retrieval design, data architecture, and production constraints.
Build
Implement production systems directly with client product and engineering teams.
Operate
Evaluate, observe, improve, and harden systems after launch.
