Senior AI Engineer
About the role
You'll design and build production AI systems directly alongside client engineering teams — implementing agent architectures, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation infrastructure that hold up under real usage.
What you'll do
- Design and implement agent and RAG systems for enterprise clients
- Build evaluation and observability into every system you ship
- Work directly with client engineering and product teams
- Contribute to internal engineering standards and tooling
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of production software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM-backed features or agent systems
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and API design
Nice to have
- Experience with vector search and retrieval infrastructure
- Experience with Python and TypeScript production systems
