Technical Program Manager — AI
About the role
You'll run program management for our engineering-led engagements — coordinating scope, timeline, and risk across client and internal teams without slowing the engineering work down.
What you'll do
- Own program timelines and delivery risk across active engagements
- Coordinate scope and dependencies across engineering, product, and client teams
- Translate technical progress into clear status for stakeholders
- Identify and unblock risks before they affect delivery
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of technical program or project management experience
- Experience working directly with software engineering teams
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience on AI, ML, or data platform programs
- Technical background sufficient to read a system design doc unaided

Define system boundaries, model strategy, retrieval design, data architecture, and production constraints.
Build
Implement production systems directly with client product and engineering teams.
Operate
Evaluate, observe, improve, and harden systems after launch.
